How do I make an appointment with you?

What if I am not happy with your services?

If you are unhappy with the services provided, we will come back the following day and clean the area for you again. We simply ask that you contact us within 24 hours of services being rendered.

Who will be cleaning my home?

We strive to keep our services as consistent as possible. We will make every attempt possible to send the same staff to your home each time as we care about building that client relationship. However, there are uncontrollable circumstances that may prevent that from happening such as illness or vacation. 

Do I need to provide the cleaning products?

We will provide all the cleaning products and equipment that are needed to complete the job. If you have cleaning products that you wish to be used instead, please let us know in advance so that we can properly inform our staff. 

How much will it cost to clean my home?

Each home, just like each customer, is unique. There are numerous factors that affect the pricing. As each fee is individually based, we take into account things such as number of rooms, condition of home, number of square feet of the home, frequency of service, number of pets, and more. We suggest a deep clean for the initial visit or for customers who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned within the last 45 days. Once we deep clean your home, regular visits can help maintain the cleanliness of your home. 

Do I need to be home while you are cleaning?

As long as we have access to your home, it is completely up to you whether or not you would like to be home during the cleaning. 

How do I pay? What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card, check, and cash. 

What should I do before the home cleaning?

Please move any items that may get in the way or delay the cleaning process. We want to ensure that we are being efficient, effective and respectful of everybody’s time. If you have pets, we ask that you prevent them from entering the areas that are being cleaned. 

What if I need to reschedule?

We will always try our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. Our only request is that you give us a call 24 hours prior to your appointment time if you need to reschedule or cancel. 

*Note: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and will assess a cancellation fee, if not notified on time. 

Do you offer cleaning packages?

Yes! The best part is that we will work with you to design the best cleaning package for your home.

What if I have special requests for my home or business?

We would love to accommodate any special requests. Just give us a call prior to the appointment time to go over details and set expectations.
